Heather Lenefsky is a visual artist born in the United States, now residing in Sydney, Australia. She holds a BA in Fine Art from the University of Redlands and continued her training at Watts Atelier of the Arts in California. Before relocating to Australia, Heather spent six years working professionally as an entertainment illustrator in Los Angeles, creating work for film and television projects for studios including Disney, Netflix, HBO, Sony and Paramount.

She has also taught drawing and painting through New Masters Academy. Her current painting practice explores observation, place and the natural world, with a particular interest in Australia’s coastal environments and everyday life. Heather’s work is held in private collections in Australia, the United States, Canada and Europe.
